Remember the old days of written maintenance request? It’s still here at some places. Nowdays, just fill in a maintenance request on an app, and well come.
Flexibility to Adjust Your Date
Have a scheduling conflict? Get in touch, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs! Sometimes we need to make changes too, but we do show up and we do fix or refer.
Simple and Transparent Billing Process.
EZ. If you’re the home-owner, we accept debt/credit cards for quick easy payment of parts and service. Sometimes 50% up front to cover complex or expensive parts, and balance upon completion. For larger clients and apartments, net 30 and simple contract agreement by debit/credit card. No checks.

Absolutely! If you are the owner, you have the option to do so, and sometimes to degree of detail or specifications you set forth. We use Quickbooks/ADP, etc.
